Uh yeah... Technical Difficulties

So I installed windows 7 and I installed Reactor, and now I'm getting an error that users of all operating systems are getting... I'll explain in depth here.

I took a look at reactors command line to see if I could hack it to make it work, or manually update but here is the order in which programs execute.

Reactor Start
import settings
import modules
import libraries
import dll
exec command line
>> Reactor Patcher Start
Start Finish
Open Reactor

Well my problem is reactor patcher can't start, and I don't know why. I've done quite a bit to try and make it work but no luck... So yeah, I'm gonna try to have it fixed by the first day of the tournament and if I don't I'll go to a friends house to participate. If anyone is interested the error is "Reactor Failed to Patch [Error -85] Similar errors are -81, -87, -91, and -95. I checked out the forums and yeah, dunno what's up with it. If I can I'll hack it and make it so it runs without executing the patcher, but I dunno if I can pull it off.
